About this project

Designed for a family of seven across three generations, this Pitampura residence reorganises a 250 sq-yd plot around a single architectural move: a central, double-height courtyard that becomes the lung of the house. North-facing skylights wash the staircase with even daylight, while the courtyard's deciduous tree filters the afternoon sun in summer and lets it through in winter. Material palette: white kota stone, IPS flooring, and locally fabricated MS railings.
