Office fitout inside an existing factory shell — a calm working environment without losing the industrial bones.
About this project
A textile manufacturer's administrative office, located on the mezzanine of their working factory. Brief: a calm, professional office that does not pretend to be in Cyber Hub. We kept the original RCC slab and steel columns exposed, added a continuous wood-and-glass facade that separates office from factory while preserving sightlines, and built every meeting room around acoustic privacy first, then aesthetics.
